All leases signed by a Housing Voucher Client in the month of July and August will get a $250 landlord incentive, along with $250 towards the client's security deposit!
After the lease is signed (post RFTA and Inspection) email a copy to
LRHA has families out on the street and we need our fantastic landlords to assist us to help these families secure safe and sanitary housing.
